Mizuhara used Ohtani's password to get to the player's bank account, without the player's knowledge or permission, prosecutors said.

CNN —Qatar Airways has avoided a lawsuit over an incident in which a number of female passengers were forced to undergo invasive medical examinations, after an Australian federal court dismissed the case Wednesday. On October 2, 2020, 13 Australian women were transiting through Doha airport in Qatar on their way to Sydney when they were taken off their Qatar Airways plane by members of the Qatari security services and subjected to physical examinations in ambulances on the airport tarmac. CNN has contacted Qatar Airways for comment. However, the judge also ruled that the women could file a revised complaint against MATAR, the Qatar Airways subsidiary. “The decision to allow QATAR Airways and the Civil Aviation Authority out of the proceedings is being carefully reviewed and if there is a proper basis an appeal will be quickly filed,” Sturzaker said in a statement.

The long-term supply contract will see LG Chem supply GM with more than 500,000 tons of cathode materials – include nickel, cobalt, manganese, aluminum – from 2026 through 2035, the South Korean supplier said in a release. LG Chem said it aims to "bolster cooperation with GM in the North American market" through the deal. Jeff Morrison, GM vice president of global purchasing and supply chain, said the "contract builds on GM's commitment to create a strong, sustainable battery EV supply chain to support our fast-growing EV production needs." NEW YORK (AP) — One of the world’s largest and most influential publishers, Simon & Schuster, celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. The list tells many stories, through the books selected, not selected, and the evolution of what has been highlighted. “A group of Simon & Schuster staffers took on the daunting challenge of selecting 100 titles from our history that are believed to best represent the breadth and depth of the company’s publishing program, across imprints,” the publisher announced Wednesday. “That book actually had an influence on the course of events.”Like many leading publishers, Simon & Schuster began as an independently owned company and vastly expanded after the 1960s. Along the way, Simon & Schuster acquired numerous other publishers, whose books are now part of the S&S catalog and its centennial list.

Source: Salad and GoWhen Sweetgreen went public two years ago, co-founder and CEO Jonathan Neman said the salad chain aspired to be the "McDonald's of its generation." But another salad rival could beat Sweetgreen to the punch: Salad and Go. One of its 48 ounce salads costs less than $7 and comes with chicken or tofu, while a comparable salad from Sweetgreen costs about $12. Two years later, Morrison took over as chief executive, departing Wall Street's favorite chicken wing chain after a decade in favor of a little-known salad chain that then had only 50 locations. Other salad players, such as Sweetgreen, Just Salad or Salata, are usually in the same markets as Salad and Go.
